Warm Antibody Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia In 86 Cases Of Clinical Analysis

Objective:To study clinically 86 case of warm-reactive antinody autoimmune hemolytic amemia(WAAIHA), analyse these cause and put forward the importance of following up.Methods:The general clinical date and follow-up condition of these patients from Jan. 1993 to Dec. 2003 were studied and Retrospective analysis was used.Results:In 86 AIHA patients, the percentages of 52 protopathic case and 34 secondary case were 60.47% and 39.53% respectively; the percentages of 14 Evans syndrome case wasl6.3% .we followed-up 52 protopathic cases in l~9years,during these years 16 cases were diagnosed secondary cases. The main reasons of sencondary AIHA are connectine tissue disease (CTD),Lyrnphatic systen tumor (LST) and Solid tumor and so on.Conclusion:The percentages of secondary AIHA increased in recent years .some sencondary causes were not found in early stage.With the development of these diseases ,they were diagnosed gradually. We should track the patients of AIHA in order to discover protopathy rather than feeling satisefied with diagnose of AIH A.
