Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of 20 cases of autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA)-related lymphoma. Methods: Collect AIHA and lymphoma patients from January 1,2009 to December 31,2018 at the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, identify 20 cases of AIHA-related lymphoma, retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.Results:(1)A total of 2,204 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)were collected,of which 20 were AIHA-related NHL(AIHA/NHL)and AIHA/NHL accounted for 0.91 % of NHL.(2)The incidence of AIHA/NHL in various NHLs is angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL)(7.31 %),marginal zone B-cell lymphoma(MBZL)(6.25 %),B-Cell lymphoma,unclassified,(BCL-U)(4.26 %),Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic Lymphoma(CLL/SLL)(2.50 %)and mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)(2.30 %).(3)Of the AIHA/NHL patients in this group,73.33% had lymphoma bone marrow invasion(LBMI)and 40% of patients were only in bone marrow smears(BMS)detected and bone marrow biopsy(BMB)was not detected,60% of patients were only detected in BMB and BMS was not detected.(4)In 20 patients with AIHA/NHL,cold antibody type 1 case(5.00%),warm antibody type 19 cases(95.00%).C3 type 6 cases(30.00%),IgG type 6 cases(30.00%),C3+IgG type 8 cases(40.00%).(5)Of the 20 patients with AIHA/NHL,7 had completed 4 or more courses of chemotherapy.Three patients who died survived 34.5M,35.5M and 102.4M,respectively.Three surviving patients survived 29.4M,31.4M and 97.3M,respectively.Conclusion:(1)AIHA/NHL accounted for 0.91% of NHL,predominantly in the elderly, mostly in stage IV patients.(2)The incidence of AIHA/NHL in various NHLs is from high to low in order of AITL,MBZL,BCL-U,CLL/SLL and MCL.(3)The incidence of LBMI was high in AIHA/NHL patients, and the distribution of LBMI was localized.(4)AIHA/NHL patients have poor response to treatment and poor prognosis.
