Regenerative Anemia Immune Function And Tcm Syndrome Type Of Correlation Study

Purpose Study on relativity among immune system function of AA patients and differentiation of symptom and sign for classification of symdrome, further research in the field of TCM symptoms' objectivity. To detect a new way in the TCM symptoms' quantivity.Methods To divide AA patients into 3 groups according to TCM differentiation that is Yin-Xu of Kidney, Yang-Xu of Kidney and Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu of Kidney with control group . All the AA patients take Chinese herbs' prescriptions under Invigorating Spleen and Kidney Therapy, together with other drugs. Peripheral blood of qualified patients are collected and immune idems are examined in the same time. The results are assayed by SPSS 12.0 under which discrimination formulas of types of differentiation and classification of TCM symptoms are finally derived. Cytometer is used to examine immune indexes.This study take the way of statistical point of view, taking advantage of mathematical method and mordern science fruits, analyzing the objective relativity of differentiation and classification of TCM symptoms and immune indexes.Result According to SPSS 12.0 results and analysis, there are at last 3 discrimination formulas for TCM differentiation and classification of symptoms. And 5 immune indexes detected are selected by the software. They are absolute value of CD45RA, CD3+CD25+and CD3+HLA-DR+, CD3+CD25+ (%) and y 8 T+CD4+. They are the first step in this field for us to go and further study on quantization of TCM symptoms are yet to come.Conclusion In this study, mathematical and statistical knowledge are uses and SPSS 12.0 is preferred to making 3 discrimination formulas with immune indexes and TCM symptoms. Several immune indexes are firstly selected by the software and the relativity of the indexes and TCM differentiation and classification is defined. This study to certain degree puts forward objective items for differentiation of symptoms and signs for classifications of syndromes and also lends a hand to TCM quantization and mordernizaion. This may be a good help to clinical pactice and be well in guiding clinical treatment.
