Moreover, the complication ofhypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia is reported frequently in cilinc. The kind of metabolic disorder has become a frequent diseas. However, during preventing and curing metabolic disease, the medicines that cangenerally cure this kind of metabolic disease are scanty. Patient who weretroubled by hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia syndrome often takeseveral different medicines to accommodate triglyceride and uric acid.So there is a very significant practical importance in researching thiskind of medicine. Based on observing the effects and mechanism of chicory extracts N1and N2 aiming directly at hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia, theresearch will expound effective characteristic, ascendancy and mechanismof action of N1and N2. Then find out a more safety, effective medicineto prevent and cure this metabolic disease. This study offers experimentalbasis for developing new drug and guiding rational administration inclinic. This research is divided into two parts: theoretical research andexperimental research. The theoretical research summarize the recent domestic and overseasresearch development of Chicory, hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemiasyndrome ,the key enzymes of triglyceride and uric acid metabolismincluding lipoprotein lipase,glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenaseï¿¡?fatty acid synthetase. Experimental research is composed of two parts: 1. Study on the efficacy of chicory compounds N1 and N2: It has beenindicated in existing research that both N1 and N2 have effects of loweringthe serum triglyceride and uric acid. In this research, giving high fatdiet or high fructose diet two methoeds can successfully inducehypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia syndrome rat model. The new usageof these two methods was discovered and their using scope was expanded.Based on these two models, the effective characteristic and ascendancyof N1 and N2 were observed in these two different conditions.Simultaneously, the effects of N1 and N2 were dynamically observed inhypertriglyceridemia, hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia syndromerat models that are two different pathology ranks induced by high fructosediet. It can be seen from the experiment that the effects of chicoryextract N2 is better than N1 on lowering the serum triglyceride andcholesterol which are abnormal in hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemiasyndrome rats model induced by high fat diet or high fructose diet. Whilethe effect of N1 and N2 on lowering uric acid level is identical. 2. Study on the mechanism of chicory compounds N1 and N2: By observingthe key enzymes of triglyceride and uric acid metabolism (includingglyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, fatty acid synthetase, lipoprotein lipase, xanthine oxidase) first time, the research try to findout the key points which are effected by N1 and N2 to formulate the effectmechanisms of N1 and N2 on lowering serum triglyceride and uric acid levelwhich are abnormal in hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia syndromerats model induced by high fat diet or high fructose diet. This partsuggests: â‘ The effect of N2 on lowering the serum triglyceride may beconnected with rising the activity of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphatedehydrogenase and lipoprotein lipase, lowering the activity of fatty acidsynthetase and decreasing production of free fatty acid; The effect ofN1 on lowering the serum triglyceride may be connected with increasingthe activity of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and lipoproteinlipase. There are some differences on lowering triglyceride level betweenN1 and N2. Comparing with N1, N2 has more effect points and is bettereffective;â‘¡The effect of N1 and N2 on lowering the serum uric acid maybe connected with increasing the activity of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphatedehydrogenase and lowering the activity of xanthine oxidase. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia, chicory extract, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate, dehydrogenase, lipoprotein lipase, fatty acid synthetase | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
