Parkinson disease (PD) is a never degenerative due to aging disease. The mainly symptoms of PD involved rest tremor , bradykinesia, hypermyotonia, dysequilibrium, and it' s pathologies were electively lose of dopaminergic neuron of the mesencephalic black substance, the striatal dapamin diminuted significantly.PD were frequently encountered at present. The attack rate of it was (65.6~187.0)/100,000 in Europe and American, in China, it was reported (15.0~119.0)/100,000 and was the second rate of nervous system degenerative disease of old people, more than 2.0 percent above 60 years old were attacked . PD is the main reason of mutilation of middle age and old people, and it was been considered as refractoeiness. At present, medical doctor treated it mainly by L-dopa, but it treated not well especially at the long time, and bring up a lot of harm and side effect. The new medicines, such as neurotrophic factors was not reported exact to confirm their clinical value to now, the surgery treated it instability at the long time , too. and it brings more side effect but more expensive. The other treatments, such as gene-treat was at the experiment stage still, the key points of it , such as the validity , safe of exogenous gene expression, could or not expressed long-term were not been solved.In view of the reasons above, the study of PD was one of the most active topics at the field of NS diseases. These years, relevant reports sufficiently disclosed the acupuncture treated PD well. So we decided to set about from the treats of PD by acupuncture, to study the ancient and modern literatures, to sum up them, desire to search the rules of PD' s TCM name , cause and pathogenesis , and the therapy feature of acupuncture, then search the theory based for treat it by the means of acupuncture.The ancient literatures of TCM did not point out the name of PD or shacking palsy, but it could be classified to the shaking syndrome. The records about it could be traced to the said, "all the wind, shaking and giddiness were due to the disorder of silver" . So called Diao, means shaking (, writed by Lou Ying, Ming Dynasty). With the pastof days, later doctors studied the PD more and more, and the describe got into details . Zhang Congzheng , a doctor of Yuan Dynasty, writedown a shaking palsy patient in his book
