TCM shows its special advantage in anti-influenza virus action in recent years.This thesis first review the experimental and clinical study of Chinese Traditional medicine in treatment of virus.Second, the thesis study the effect of Tan Re Qing injection on the lung pathology and immunization of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.The experiment includes three sections:1 Protection of Tan Re Qing injection to the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.2 Effect of Tan Re Qing injection to the viral titers, pathology and index number of lung of mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.3 Effect of Tan Re Qing injection to the level of T&B lymphocyte, IFN-γ , TNF-α and IL-4 of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infectedThrough above-mentioned research, the result of the experiment appears that:1 Tan Re Qing injection can induce the mortality of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.2 Tan Re Qing injection can ruduce the lung pathology of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.3 Tan Re Qing injection can reduce the viral titers of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.4 Tan Re Qing injection can improve the T&B lymphocyte multiplication ability and the level of serous cytokine IL-2 of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.5 Tan Re Qing injection can induce the level of TNF-a of the lung serous of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.6 Tan Re Qing injection can improve the level of IFN-γ and IL-4 of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.By summarizing above-mentioned research, the thesis educes following cnclusionTan Re Qing injection can protect the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.
