Clinical Observations, In Chinese Medicine Cycle Therapy Period Late

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine cyclic therapy (CT for short) on treating Menstruation delay,and provide scientific basic for the clinical application of it. Methods:60 cases of Menstruation delay were divided into two groups randomly as Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and Chinese patent medicine cyclic therapy control group,each of them contained 30 cases and was given CT and patent medicine according to each stadge of menstruation cycle respectively for orally taking.A course of treatments contained three menstrual cycles,we valued the clinical effect of each group after a course of treatments and chose the effect of adjusting menstrual cycle, the change of basal temperature, scores of the clinical symptoms before and after the treatment as observing indexs. Results:1 The recovery rate of CT is 30%,the total effective rate is76.67%;which of patent medicine is 3.33% and 63.33%. By means of statistics analysis,there is statistical difference between these two groups on the clinical effect (P<0.05).It states that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2 On the effect of adjusting menstrual cycle ,the effective rate of CT is 83.33%,which of patent medicine is 50.00%.There is statistical difference between these two groups (P<0.05).It shows that CT is better than the control group on the effect of adjusting menstrual cycle.3 Both groups can ameliorate correlate clinical symptoms in certain level,especially the treatment groups (P<0.05).Comparing each groups on the same symptoms after treating,the treatment group has significant difference from the control group on scanty menstruation, menstruation with purple color menses and clot,ect.(P<0.05).4 The investigation of the relative factors and the clinical effect shows that the effects is relvant to age,patient's state,stage of the illness. The clinical effects of the youngers,slighter state,lower stage is probably better than the other.Conclusion:CT can treat Menstruation delay and ameliorate the correlate symptom through its good effect of adjusting menstrual cycle and regulating the body as a whole. The mechanism is relevant to the function of CT on adjusting the function of HPOA, promoting follicle growth, inducting ovulation, promoting luteinization.
