| Objective:To observe the clinic, virulent and side effect of Simotang Oral Solution in treating Functional dyspepsia (FD). So that it can be evaluated that the affectivity and safetication of the Simotang oral solution. Method:To divide 100 FD patients into two groups randomly and averagely. The patients in therapeutic group were given the Simotang oral solution, and the others in control group were given the similar oral solution. The time of treatment is 7 days. At the beginning and the end of the treatment, everyone's general conditions and the main symptoms should be written down and everyone's function of gastric emptying should be evaluated by Real-time ultrasonography. Result:It was found that the total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 88%, but the rate of control group was only 36%. There is a significant difference between the two groups. It was also found that the therapeutic group was better than the control group on improving the main symptoms of FD patients. The gastric emptying time of the therapeutic group became short obviously after treatment. In the whole research nobody appeared serious vicious reaction. And all safety cases were normal. Conclusion:According to the results of the clinic research, the Simotang oral solution is safe and effective in treating FD. |
