Objective: To compare the distinction between Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine on adjusting the function of heart immunity, antagonizing inflummation reactive scathe, reviving clinical symptom and toxin-side effect, et al. To explore unique superiority by the kind of Chinese traditional medicine of ABTBS that illustrate as guanxintongmai capcale(GXTM). To discuss medicine active mechanism on the facet in antagonizing heart inflammation immunoreation by using the kind of ABTBS. In order to expansive the study about affection of Chinese traditional medicine for ruling cardio-vascular disease field inflammation, illuminate the mechanism of antagonizing inflammation by using GXTM to prevention and cure coronary heart disease (CHD), and validate clinical curative effect and clinical applied security. It may establish base for applying GXTM to more extensive. It may sufficiently dig the developing potential of ABTBS in cardio-immunology field, and it also may afford the scientific theoretical evidence to developing new medicine mechanism of ABTBS.Method: we adopt two kinds of different research method, animal-experiment and clinic-obverse. (1)Animal -experiment study: Choose Wistar rat 100, make them experiment in order to filter the sensitive rat 50 to pit. We dispart stochastically them as vacant comparison group, model group, heat preconditioning group, western medicine group and TCM group, there are 10 rats every group. Compare rate by X2-test.Result: (1)Experimented study result: Through comparing we can find HSP70 expression increasing distinctively in heat preconditioning group. There is also increasing trend in model group, it has different remarkably between vacant comparison group and model group, p<0.01. It may be related to acute ischemic and lack oxygen for myocardial. HSP70 of west medicine group also become increasing, but it has not different remarkably when it compares with model group. The reason maybe is homology with model group. HSP70 of GXTM group increases remarkably. It compares with heat preconditioning group that difference is remarkable, p<0.05.
