Psychotherapy Role In The Treatment Of Exacerbation Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective: To find out the therapeutic effective of physiological therapy on the patients of asthma in attack stage.Method: Collecting with 60 cases of outpatients and inpatients in active period according to the diagnostic criteria of asthma .Dividing the cases into treatment group and control group according to the random principle, each group had 30 patients, respectively. The control group treated with drugs only , and the treatment group treated with physiological therapy and drugs for 14 days. Comparing the two groups' total clinical effective rates , pulmonary function and others guidelines.Results: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3%, and the same of the control group was 73. 3%, the difference possesses the statistical significance(P<0.05). The pulmonary function (FEV1 and PEF) of the two groups' patients improved obviously after treatment, the difference has the statistical significance (P<0. 05). The difference value of the pulmonary function (FEV1 and PEF) between before the treatment and after the treatment in the treatment group was larger than the same of the control group, there was statistical significance between them.Conclusion: The study proved the physiological therapy could improve the patients' pulmonary function and boost the patients into good heath.
