| Objective: Probe into the acupuncture's influence on durg theropy the symmetrical diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN) , confer the correlation machion of action. Methord: Based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicion, combined with the researchs of modern medicine, those patients who have DPN of the comparison group took druges to therophy their diseases; under the therophy of the comparison group, those of treat group were acupunctured, according to the principle of bian zheng lui zhi. After two weeks course treatment, observed the influence of the symptoms integral, neuropathy billiard-markers, the content of nitrogen oxide (NO ), super oxide divergent enzyme (SOD) , MDA, and contrast with the comparison group. The result used SPSS statistic software to stat.Result: The totle cure effective rate to the symptoms integral of the treat group was 91.7%, to the neuropathy billiard-markers was 97.2%. The totle cure effective rate to the symptoms integral of the comparison group was 19.8%, to the neuropathy billard-markers was 4.2%. The neuropathy billard-markers of the comparison mostly showed worse. The diffence between the twogroups was obviouse. The result prompted that acupuncture has good regulation function on the DPN, based on the drug theropy. Biochemistry indexes showed that the influence of the treat group to NO was regulating two directions, to SOD content was significantly increasing, to MDA content was significantly decreasing; the influence of the comparison group to NO also was good, also gain SOD content, but rised NdDA content. The NO, SOD and MDA content was more or less or equal to the natural content. This prompted that NO, SOD and MDA weren't the key factors in the DPN. The relativity analyse showed that the neuropathy billiard-markers negative correlated with NO, SOD content; positive correlated with MDA content, course of dieases. This prompted that all of the NO, SOD, MDA, course of diseases influence DPN. The curative effect between different syndromes was difference. The deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome in the treat group had lower curative effect. The deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome in the comparison group was slowly worsed. The deficiency of yin and phlegm obstruct syndrome in the treat group had the best curative effect. The deficiency of yin and blood stasis syndrome in the comparison group had the best curative effect in the symptoms integral, but had the worst curative effect in the neuropathy billard-markers. That is to say, the symptoms looked up followed neuropathy worse. This prompted that state of the illness was more worsen. The analyse result was that the deficiency of yin and phlegm obstruct syndrome, the deficiency of yin and blood stasis syndrome were the same phase in DPN; the diffence of curative effect in diffence syndromes was related with the great able to eliminating phlegm in the point that acupuncture used. The deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome lied in terminal stages of this diseases. Therefore the curative effect in the deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome was worse.Conclusion: Based on drug therapy, acupuncture can short course of DPN, can improve this disease's symptoms and body signs. The treat group can regulate NO content in two directions, and then not only releave the toxity of continue high NO content to body, but also releave the damnification in NO creating or function. Thetreat group can improve SOD content, and then enhance the ability of body to clear oxygenic ion free radicel. MDA content decreased in treat group. The state of lipidesuper oxidated was improved. There is reciprocity in those three factors. They correspond one another, cooperate with other multitudinous factors, and then improve DPN's symptoms and body signs. The mechanism of treatment may relate with all of above. In addition, all of NO, SOD, MDA isn't the critical factors to place a premium on DPN. |
