Mechanism. Yangyinshengjin Treatment Of Blood Stasis

Blood stasis is one of the most common clinical syndrome,especially being frenquent in the course of such disease as thrombosis.Guided by the basis theory of TCM,this article establishedthe major method of treating blood stasis --nourishing Yin andsupplying more water,explained completely and systematically the mechanism of treating the blood stasis syndrome by the method of nourishing Yin and supplying more water from theorical and experimental study.In theoretical study, this article focused on the basis for argument, mechanism of treatment and regular of application.First,treating the blood stasis syndrome by the method is own to its pathological character--it is the deficiency of Yin that cause blood stasis syndrome. Second,the main effect of the method is to add more water in the channels, lubricate arteries and veins,remove blood stasis and clear out collaterals,protect ZangFu and strengthen vital Qi and eliminate pathogen.Third,its basis principle of treating the blood stasis sydrome through such ways as master the applicable signs,actively make formulas and coordinate related treatments.In experimental study,based on reproducing the model by using low concentration H2O2 to damage VEC,and applicate moden techenology Flow Cytometer(FCM) detecting the cells.The results showed the method could offend the apoptosis caused by H2O2,it also could directly restain intergenous formation of thrombosis,which proved this method's function of protect ZangFu and issue and resist thrombosis.
