Tangmoning Granules Sciatic Nerve Of Diabetic Rats Of Camp Content Of Cgmp

Object : Compound granules of Tangmoning is a kind of Chinese herb which have the function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood states. This drug granules can effect the content of cAMP, cGMP in the rats' sciatic nerve which have the disease of DM . This experiment is to discuss this question.Method : Evoking the DM rats model is by abdominal cavity Injection with STZ . Put 10 rats for the normal group at random , the other 30 rats for making models .After making models , according to the different blood sugar putting three groups : the model group , the treatment group by Tangmoning , the treatment group by Mikebao and respectively treatment by Tangmoning , Mikebao , and Saline . After 6 weeks , narcosis the rats , get the sciatic nerve , then detect the content of cAMP, cGMP in the nerve tissues by the method of radio-immunity . By the way , detect the rats' weight and blood sugar .Result : By the method , the content of cAMP, cGMP in the sciatic nerve tissue of the rats are notable difference between normal group and model group , (p<0. 05) , and difference among the model group , Mikebao group and Tangmoning group (p<0. 05) . We have no notable difference between the Mikebao group and the Tangmoning group (p>0. 05) .Conclusion : Compound granules of Tangmoning can treat the end-brush neuritis of DM by the function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood states , and this drug can change the content of cAMP, cGMP in the nerve tissue . Perhaps , it is one of the mechanisms which this drug can treat the end-brush neuritis of DM .
