Addition And Subtraction Of Sini Decoction Method Of Rat Bile Reflux Gastritis Treatment Of The Role Of Experimental Research

Objectives: To study the curative effect of Jiajiansinisan (JJSNS) decoction to Bile reflux gastritis (BRG) and to probe into parts of mechanism by which it treats BRG. Methods: On the basis of developing rats model of BRG by using method of bile-regurgitational liquid-filling, the rats were douched with different herbs, or normal saline respectively in different groups for 4 weeks, the effect of JJSNS to pathological histology was observed, and the gastrin (Gas) in serum, molitin (Mot) in plasma and the mucosal 6-keto-PGFu were measured by radioimmunoassay, and compared with Xiangshayangwei pill. Results: compared with model group, JJSNS group could significantly improve pathological histology of BRG rats, decrease the level of Gas in serum (89. 04 10. 17ng/L) , elevate the level of Mot in plasma (142.72 57.04 ng/L) and mucosal 6-keto-PGF1a (214. 85 50. 46 ng/L). There was statistical difference between both JJSNS and Xiangshayangwei pill groop (P<0.05). Conclusions: JJSNS decoction can treat BRG through many ways, such as decreasing the level of Gas in serum, elevating the level of Mot in plasma and mucosal 6-keto-PGF1aand so on.
