Experimental Study Of Gastric Cancer Rather The Sgc-7901 Human Gastric Cancer Cell Lines

Purpose:In order to observe the effects of Wei-Ai-Ning to proliferation and activity of enzyme of stomach cancer cell and explain the mechanism of its resisting-cancer function, the result can provide reliable evidence to the application of Wei-Ai-Ning in clinic on treating the stomach cancer.Method: In vitro, using the method of light microscope (LM) and electron microscope (EM) to observe the morphology, we cultured the cell stain of the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901 ,MTT method was used to assay the proliferation of human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901 caused by serum contained Chinese herbs. The enzyme cytochemistry was used to detect the activity of G-6-Pase and Mg2+-ATPase of the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901.Result: (1)Enzyme cytochemisty method showed that the response granules of G-6-Pase and Mg2+-ATPase in the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901 become smaller after the granules became fewer, the density was lower, some were genative. The activity of the enzyme decreased obviously. (2)Through the observation of EM ,we found the formation of the apoptotic cell. (3)the serum contained Chinese herbs has evident inhibitory function to the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. after 24h culture , the inhibiting rate is 47. 78%. It has more obvious action after 48h culture. The inhibitory rate is 61. 88%. the inhibitory effects of the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. the inhibitory effects of the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. proliferation in different culture time. The inhibitory action of 3d-2t-2h group is the best. The inhibitory rate is 66.41%.Conclusion: (1) Enzyme cytochemisty method showed that the response granules of G-6-Pase and Mg2+-ATPase in the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901 . The activity of the enzyme decreased obviously. (2) the serum contained Wei-Ai-Ning has inhibitory function of inhibitory theproliferation of the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. induces cell apoptosis. (3) Using the serum contained Chinese herbs 3d-2t-2h, we think it is the reliable serum pharmacology methed to research the action of Wei-Ai-Ning to the human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. (4) Wei-Ai-Ning can comes down human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901 the ability of invasion and metastasis.
