| Objective To reseach the effect and sigification of ischemicpreconditioning on the renal ischemic reperfusion and cell singal molecular P38MAPK.Methods Male SD rats were divided into two groups: experiment group and control group. Renal function were measured by BUN and Scr ,The kidney samples were examined by HE stain under light microscopy .To research the apoptotic cells of different time with TUNEL(+) cells. To measure the activation and expression of P38MAPK with western blot.Results We can measure the significant tissue damage and renal function injure after 45 minutes ischemic and 3 hours reperfusion. The prime damage of kidney was proximal and outer medulla tubular cells, but the lesion of kidney was not significant, apoptotic cells were found in both groups at different times of ischemic and reperfusion. Ischemic 20 and 45 minutes caused the activation of P38MAPK, which reached the maximal level in 30 minutes after reperfusion and drop to the base level in 2 hours.there are no significanes between the groups in the aspects we observed.Conclusion These results demonstrate that ischemic preconditioning in the way that we adopted has no positive effects on the renal ischemic reperfusion injury. And it seemed that the activation of P38MAPK were not involved in this experiment. |
