| Based on the twenty-six warming splenic yang recipes in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Goiden (Jin Gui Yao Lue), this paper divides these recipes into seven aspects: tonifying asthenic, lowering routine, eliminating phlegm, relieving pain, stopping bleeding, relieving diarrhea and purgative recipes. From this paper, we try to explore the characteristics of these recipes and their influences on the later generations. |
