Objective: To investigate the effects of administrating Hyase on growth, invasion and angiogenesis in human breast cancer cells. Methods: Above-mentioned characteristics were determined by MTT assay, FCM and in vitro invasion and angiogenesis assay. Result: The introduction of Hyase triggered proliferation, led to a higher potential of invasion. It also benefited the formation of lumen-like structures in ECV-304 cells induced by breast cancer cells. Conclusion: Hyase was a promoter for proliferation, invasion and angiogenesis in human breast cancer cells.
