Since Clinical Research, To Be Positive Liver Soup Treatment Of Cirrhotic Patients With High Afp Hyperlipidemia

ObjectiveTo follow-up the patients who were diagnosised the cirrhosis of liver with abnormal Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) for a long time, and to observe the change of their AFP, T-Lymphocytic cell,liver function and screenage. Try to decrease the incidence of hepatocarcinoma and improve the prognosis for them by give the preconcerted treatment program.MethodThe patients who were diagnosised cirrhosis of liver and with abnormal AFP were investigated by us,for those who were discharge from December 1997 to April 2002,we investigate the one to five years mortality rate and analyze the related factor;for those after April 2002,we detected the quantum of AFP, the T-Lymphocytic cell and the screenage for them. Sixty cases who achieved the code were randomly divided into four groups: The group A for contrast who received the ruline therapy including protection liver and amelioration sympom etc; The group B for zhenggantang who was added to the traditional Chinese medicine one dose per day based on the rutine therapy ; the group C for ridaxian who was added to the injection of ridaxian ; the group D received both the traditional Chinese medicine and the injection of ridaxian. The therapeutic courses in four groups were six months before and after treatment. The study was designed to investigate the change of clinical syndrome,physical sign,liver founction, worth of AFP, condition of images and the T-lymphocyte subset before and after the treatment by physical examination and lab test.Results1.The result of epidemiological study:The one to three and three to five years mortality rate among the cirrhosis of liver with abnormal AFP were 32. 1% and 53. 4% The mortality rate of the patients whose lever of AFP less than 100ng/ml and over 400ng/ml were 47. 6% and 60. 6% which higher than those whose from 100ng/ml to 200ng/ml. For the patients whose lever of AFP less than 100ng/ml , the possible cause of the high mortality rate of was the time of AFP abnormal for them were longer than others.2. Cellular immunity: The levels of CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the cirrhosis of liver with abnormal AFP was less than those normal .3. The short-term effection of clinical:First, the apparent effective rates were 27. 3%,83. 3%,77. 7%, and 100% in groupA , B, C and D respectively.lt was an obvious difference between the treatment group (group A ,B and C) and the contrast group.Second, the clinical syndrome including the flank pain and knee- waist malaise and the physical sign including the block for flank , liver palm and spider were improved obviously in groupA and C. Al 1 groups gained transparent effect in poor appeli te , fatigue and jaundice .Third, the levelsofCD4 and CD4/CD8 were improved obviously after treatment in groupA ,B and C ,but there was no difference in group D. ConclusionThe one to five years mortality rate among the cirrhosis of liver with abnormal AFP higher than those with normal AFP. The mortality rate among those whose thickness of AFP less than 100ng/ml or over 400ng/ml heightened remarkable . The levels of CD4 and CD4/CD8 for the cirrhosis of liver with abnormal AFP was less than those with normal AFP. Zhenggantang ,ridaxian and zhenggantang associated with ridaxian can be an effective treatment for the cirrhosis of liver with abnormal AFP, the possible mechanism was to decreased the level of AFP by improving their cellular immune function. May be this is a feasible way to rise the patients survival rate.
