Professor Ma Fengqin’s Experience In The Treatment Of Precancerous Lesions Of Stomach Based On The Auxiliary System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To summarize and mine professor Ma Fengqin’s experience in the treatment of chronic Atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions and his core prescriptions by data mining technology of TCM inheritance auxiliary system software,to promote the inheritance and development of TCM treatment experience,and to provide dialectical thinking and guidance for clinical and scientific research of TCM treatment of chronic Atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions.METHODS: from June 2016 to June 2018,336 patients(186 males,150 females,mean age 48 years)with chronic Atrophic gastritis associated with precancerous lesions were enrolled in this study,the basic information and prescriptions of the patients were collected and recorded into the software "V2.5",and the data analysis and mining.Methods: from June 2016 to June 2018,336 patients(186 males,150 females,mean age 48 years)with chronic Atrophic gastritis associated with precancerous lesions were enrolled in this study,the basic information and prescriptions of the patients were collected and recorded into the software "V2.5",and the data analysis and mining methods such as association rule analysis,improved mutual information method,entropy clustering and so on were used,to analyze and summarize the syndrome differentiation thinking,prescription regularity and medication characteristics of Ma Fengqin in the treatment of chronic Atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions.Result:1.Statistics of gender and age distribution of drinking history: of the 336 cases collected,150(44%)were women and 186(55%)were men.Age at The proportion of patients aged 46-55 was the highest.Among them,222 cases had a history of drinking,accounting for 66% of the total number.122 cases(85%)aged 46-55 accounted for the largest proportion.2.Statistics of symptoms and syndrome types: the frequency of 48 common symptoms from high to low is belching,flatulence,stomachache,regular change of stool,regurgitation of acid,heartburn,dry mouth,bitterness of mouth,and regular change of sleep;according to the classification of syndrome types in traditional Chinese medicine,the syndrome of stagnation of liver and stomach heat is the most,followed by the syndrome of stagnation of stomach collaterals and blood stasis.3.Statistics of related results of traditional Chinese medicine: according to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,the frequency of liver,spleen and stomach is the highest;according to the four Qi statistics of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,the frequency of warm drugs and cold drugs is higher,the proportion of them is 43% and 33% respectively;according to the five flavor statistics of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,the frequency of bitter drugs and sweet drugs is higher,the proportion of them is 35% and 27% respectively There are 222 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,37 of which are more than 60 times,and the top 19 are orange peel,Magnolia officinalis,cuttlebone,corrugation,Coptis,chicken internal gold,Cyperus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus aurantii,malt,Baihe,Panax notoginseng,rose,liquorice,yumishu,dangshen,blood Dragon’s blood,betel Lang and black medicine.222 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine are classified according to their efficacy Among the 16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 5 are heat clearing medicine,deficiency tonic medicine,Qi regulating medicine,surface resolving medicine,blood activating and stasis removing medicine.4.Statistics of prescription related results: according to the analysis of association rules in the software,when the support degree is 70% and the confidence degree is 0.95,there are 13 prescriptions of core Chinese medicine and 25 pairs of drugs;3-5 core combinations are obtained;5 new prescriptions are obtained.5.Drug statistics of different syndrome types: 10 pairs(liver stomach stagnancy type),7 pairs(stomach collaterals stasis type),10 pairs(spleen stomach damp heat type),12 pairs(spleen stomach weakness type),8 pairs(stomach yin deficiency type)core drug pairs were obtained by re analyzing the Association rules of liver stomach stagnancy type,stomach collaterals stasis type,stomach yin deficiency type.Conclusion:Professor Ma Fengqin treats precancerous lesions of stomach on the basis of strengthening Qi and expelling pathogenic factors,mainly by differentiation of zang-fu organs and regulating the liver,spleen and stomach.The pathogenesis is deficiency of the spleen,stagnation of the liver-qi,damp-heat and blood stasis.According to the specific conditions of patients,treatment by stages,the early anti-inflammatory drive mainly,the latter mainly to strengthen the body and drive away evil.The clinical medication is rigorous and flexible,which provides further guidance for the clinical treatment of precancerous lesions of stomach,and also provides reference for the inheritance of famous doctors’ experience.
