Kidney Yang Dialectic Factor And Cluster Analysis Study

Objective: to study the factors of the differentiation of Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng and search objective and standardized methods on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Method: Ancient and recent literatures with relation to Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng were collected to analyze, integrate and conclude the factors of differentiation of this kind of Zheng. Semi-quantitative detailed score standard was established about Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng. 300 hundred cases of Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng were collected to be analyzed by SPSS statistical software so that the contributing level to the diagnosis of Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng can be found through cluster analysis of the symptoms with high occurring rate. Result: The main results of this article are as follows: 1. The factors of the differentiation and the detailed score standard of Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng were established through the study of all the literatures.2. Through clinical investigating, many the factors of the differentiation of Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng were found which were, from the highest occurring rate to the lowest, aversion to cold (89.66%), cold limbs (83.66%), nocturia (76.66%), cold of waist and back (75.33%), tastelessness (71.00%), tired mind (62.33%), inefficiency of Chi-pulse (61.33%), ache of waist and knee (61.33%), dizziness and blurred version (61.00%). 3. 25 factors of differentiation with relatively high occurring rate were filtrated.4. Obvious disciplinarian was found of tongue, pulse and main symptoms through cluster analysis.5. The main symptoms in the formal score standard were amended that the four symptoms-aversion to cold, cold limbs, cold of waist and back and ache of waist and knee were ascertained as the final standard of the factors to differentiate Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng. Conclusion: 40 factors of differentiation of Kidney-Yang deficiency Zheng were ascertained after the study of ancient and recent correlating literatures in this article.
