It has remarkable curative effects on patients who have the blood hyperviscosity syndromes. We found the curing mechanism related to the function of restrain the activation of platelet. To make further researches. We have finished the work as that.with Huo Xue Yi Mai capsule as therapeutic group,24 patients with Fu Fang Dan Shen capsule as contrast group. The changer of the symptoms mark before and after treatment was observed in the patients of BHS. The result showed that the symptoms mark of the observation patients became lower that before. The effective rate of therapeutic group was 93.3%,and the contrast was 75%.There was obviously different of the curative effect from the two group(P<0.05).The BHS mark was also observed and had a obviously reduction after the treatment with Huo Xue Yi Mai capsule. It showed that this capsule can change the state of BHS with the function of removing blood static.The change of the GMP-140 and TXB2 in plasma before and after the treatment with Huo Xue Yi Mai capsule was observed in the patients of BHS. The result shows that the level of GMP-140 and TXB2 became lower than before. It shows that the level of 6-keto-pGf became higher than before.(P<0.05) At the same time , It shows that the level of the velocity of blood flow and the fibrinogen plasma lipid cut down. Huo Xue Yi Mai capsule can restraint the activation of BHS to remove blood stasis and treating BHS. The improvement of hemorheology and the change of PT and APTT after the treatment with Huo Xue Yi Mai capsule were significant. Further more, side-effect was not. Conclusion: Huo Xue Yi Mai capsule is a good medicine in treating patients with BHS. At least in the near future effects, and there are few adverse events. So it is a safe therapeutic medicine.
