| Objective: To observe Fuxintang's influence on model of rat's myocardial ischemia.Method: Sixty wistar rats that the quantity of the male was equivalent to that of the female were used and six groups were divided randomly .Each group had ten rats .Control group: every rat was perfussed with 0.9% NACL solution .model group : every rat was perfussed with 0.9% NACL solution . Diaoxinxuekang(DAXXK) group : every rat was perfussed with DAXXK that was equal to the quantity of man's equivalent dosage(0.12g/kg/d). Fuxintang(FXT) high group : every rat was perfussed with FXT that was as six times as the quantity of man's equivalent dosage . FXT middle group : every rat was perfussed with FXT that was as six times as the quantity of man's equivalent dosage(40.5g/kg/d). FXT low group : every rat was perfussed with FXT that was equal to the quantity of man's equivalent dosage(13.5g/kg/d). bid, keeping 7 days . At eighth day, the rats of every rats (except the rats of the control group ) were injected with pituitrin that could establish model of acute myocardial ischemia of rats, observing the change of ECG SOD and -dt/dpmax LVEDP.Results: in compare with DAXXK group, FXT also prevent ST-T of ECG from changing effectively ,increasing in SOD of myocardial tissue of the rats . In addition, FXT can improve the myocardial relaxation of left ventricular.Conclusions: FXT can avoid myocardial ischemia because of it's cleaning free radical and anti-lipid peroxidation . FXT is the valuble medine that can treat and prevent myocardial ischemia, improve the myocardial relaxation of left ventricular. |
