The Study Of Lung Cancer Shu Decoction Of The Role Of Mice With Lewis Lung

Objective: To study the effects of Fei Ai Shu on mice implanted Lewis lung carcinoma; explain the rapeutic mechanism of the complex prescription.Methods: C57/BL inbred mice implanted Lewis lung carcinoma were used as model, to observe the influence of Fei Ai Shu on tumor growth and the host's immune responses.Result: Fei Ai Shu can increase weight, inhibit cell replication, promote TNF-α level, induce apoptosis of tumor cell.Conclusion: Fei Ai Shu has some effect to lung cancer. The mechanismmay be related to the inhibiting tumor metastasis and cells' division, activating immune function.
