| This study was undertaken using 30 healthy male Wistar rats as subjccts(weight: 200.44+9.02g). They were randomly divided into three groups: C Group(the control group with the sample scale of 10),E Group(the treadmill-GXT group; sample scale- 10),EN Group(the group combing treadmill-GXT training and nutrition supplement which started at the end of the fifth week and went on for six weeks; sample scale-10). The subjects were trained running on the BCPT-96 treadmill for 11 weeks with the GXT method. The grade was set to zero degree and the speed was set to 30 m/min. The training was taken everyday except Sunday each week. In the first two weeks, the mouse were trained once a day; they were trained twice a day since the beginning of the third week-in the morning and in the evening respectively. The training plan of the first five weeks: the duration of the first time of training was one minute; then since the second time, the duration would be two minutes longer than that of the former one. The duration of the last time would be ninety-seven minutes. The training plan of the sixth week: twice a day with 80 minutes each. The seventh-week training plan: twice a day with 85 minutes each.Since the eighth week, each time 2 minutes were added to the duration Of the former one and the duration of the first time was 90 minutes.24 hours after the completion of the 11-week training, blood of the subjects was taken to analyze the index of Hb,RBC,Hct and so on. Rats were killed and the muscle of gastrocnemius and the hepar were taken to analyze the index of MDA,SOD,GSH-PX 24 hours after the completion of the 11-week training. The test results indicated, After 11 weeks of training, the level of Hb,RBC, and Hct of the E Group was significantly lower than that of the C Group and EN Group (p<0.01). While there was no significant difference between the EN Group and C Group. For the MDA in the musculus there was no significant difference among the three groups. For the activity of the SOD and GSH-PX in musculus the E Group was significantly lower than that of the C Group and the EN Group (p<0.01). The same result could not be found between the EN Group and the C Group. For the index of MDA in the hepar there was no significant difference among the three groups. The level of SOD.GSH-PX in the hepar of the E Group was significantly lower than that of the C Group and the EN Group (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the EN Group and the C Group for the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in hepar. The treadmill GXT training could result in the lower level of SOD,GSH-PX in the Sports anemia rats's musculus and the lower level of the SOD in the Sports anemia rats's hepar. The decrease of antioxidative enzyme activity in the musculus and hepar of the Sports anemia rats could be avoid by supplying the anti-Sports anemia Agent. Therefore,Sports anemia can benefit from this method. |
