| This thesis is composed of three parts such as introduction, experimental research and discussion on mechanism of An Shen capsule' s therapeutic effection on nephropathy caused by blockage of Phlegm and Blood stasis. The first part sets forth the point-making foundation of the. research work, puts forward that the pivotal pathogeny and pathogenesis of refractory nephropathy lie in the accumulation of Phlegm and Blood stasis which block Kidney channel, and expatiates that the main objective of the experimental research is to study the leading pharmacodynamic effections which include reducing urinary protein, promoting engendering of plasma albumin, antagonizing high cruor disease, and protecting kidney function. The second part is to report research work on An Shen Capsule and its results. The acute toxicity test indicates the capsule is an non-toxic drug relatively. Rat model of original glomeruli nephritis is established successfully. Pharmacodynamic experiments prove the drug has multi-aspect effections on the animal model such as reducing urinary protein, controlling blood fattiness, improving symptoms of low blood protein disease, blood stagnation and microcirculation. Its effections of reducing urinary protein and controlling blood fattiness are nearly equal to those of Multiglycoside Tablet of ffiford Tripterygium Root. Its effections of improving symptoms of low blood protein disease, blood stagnation and microcirculation are better than those of Multiglycoside Tablet of Wiford Tripterygium Root.The third part is to discuss some problems. According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining with microcosmic pathological changes of kidney, we deduce the accumulation of Phlegm and Blood stasis is the pivotal pathogenesis of refractory nephropathy. Basing on the hypothesis, the mechanism of An Shen capsule' s therapeutic effection on refractory nephropathy is made clear, since the main efficacy of An Shen capsule is to eliminate Phlegm, soften and slove masses. |
