Oral Liquid Surface Inhibited And Killed Helicobacter Pylori In Experimental Research

AIM To investigate whether Kuining oral liquid can curb and kill H.pylori directly or indirectly.and to study the mutual influence among animal model ' s body .Chinese medicine and H.pylori ,so as to demonstrate whether Kuining has sound therapeutic effect,and to decide whether it can be developed as a new remedy for H.pylori infection. METHOD The experiments are divided into tree parts: one is medicine's sensitivity to H.pylori 's in cuvette method and scrip method ; one is to establish animal model of H.pylori infection by inoculating H.pylori to Mongolian gerbil.to repeat same pathologic changes as human's, to observe histological changes with microscope and histochemistry method, and also to compare change of body-cell's infiltration and multiplication pre-and-after treatment,to research into H.pylori causative course, and to study different treatment's influence on body's free radical by mensurating liver's lipid peroxide content; The third one is carbon-atom's clearance test and ice-water swimming test on Balb/C mice and Kunming mice,to study their monocyte's phagocytosis and reaction to ill-fillip after the therapy.RESULT The drug's sensitivity test proves that Kuining oral liquid has certain ability to curb and kill H.pylori external and internal body.every treatment can clear H.pylori from the infected Mongolian gerbils,and Kuining in low dose has more superiority.from the pathogenic tissue slice, we can find there are infiltration of a great number of inflammatory cells was observed within the center of the mucosa oflyorus at the second week of Hp infection. With the infection going on.the inflammation became more and more severe .After 4 weeks's infection.ulcer appeared near the lesser curevature of the pylorus. In the early stage of infection,the lesion was acute inflammation characterized by the neutrophilic infiltration,and then converted into chronic inflammation characterized by the lymphocyte infiltration and the wide formation of lymphatic follicles.the inflaming cell and liver's MDA significantly decreased after H.pylori's clearance treatment;and Kuining oral liquid can strengthen the monocyte's Phagocytosus,and it also can prolong the Balb/C and Kunming mice's swimming time in the ice-water which indicate that "Kuining" can improve body's immunity. All above indicate that Kuining and triple-treatment of westmedicine are effective drug for Hp-assosiated gastric ulcer.and Kuining in low dose is more superior at strengthening immune ability, clearing free radix,and reacting ability to bad suroundings.CONCULSION as a new medicine , Kuining is a fully,effective approach to treatment of Hp-assosiated gastric ulcer,.so it has a soud foreground to develope.
