Experimental Study Of The Breast Kang Cream. With Breast Disease Capsules Treatment Of Breast Cancer

Objective:To study the efficient of the restriction of breast cancer in nude mice withChinese medicine and to investigate the possible machanism.Method :Human breast cancer were directly implanted subcutaneously in nudemice.Five days later ,twenty nude mouse were divided randomly into four groups(model group , RAKO group, RZPC group, RAKO and RZPC group,n=5 in each group)and then treated with physiology .brine, Ru Ai Kang Ointment (RAKO), Ru ZhengPing capsule (RZPC), RAKO and RZPC respectively .During the experimental course,the physical volume changes in breast cancer were recorded. Thirty-five days later ,thenude mouse were killed.The Weight changes were measured and the histologicalchanges were observed under the electron microscopy.Results: RZPT and RAKO could restrict the physical volume and weight of breastcancer .There was significant difference between there treated groups and modelgroup.(p<0.01)The suppress lump rate of RZPT group, RAKO group, RAKO andRZPT group were 21.59%,43.18%,60.20% respectively. Under the electron microscopythere are some apoptosis bodies.Conclusion: RZPT and RAKO could effectively inhibit breast cancer throughinducing the apoptosis of breast cancer cell.
