Female Students Yu Tcm Common Syndromes Of Pulse Image Analysis

Objective: Probe into the characteristics of pulse manifestation and pulse figure parameter in common different syndrome classification of melancholia. Advance clinical differentiation for syndrome classification of melancholia. Improve the objective researching based on Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis. Methods: 49 fale undergraduates hi melancholia are divided into four groups:1, Depression of Liver-Qi; 2, Stagnated Qi transforms into fire; 3, Blood stasis due to Qi stagnation; 4, Deficiency of both Heart and Spleen, and their pulse manifestation was exarnir.sd by the intellectual pulse instrument as well analysed with 20 normal fale undergraduates. Results: String Pulse is the most striking in melancholia fale undergraduates . Group 1 appeared String Pulse One and their pulse figure show that value of h3/hl h4/hK wl/t is higher and h5/hl is lower than that of the control group. Group 2 appeared obviously fast and a little slippery and their pulse figure show that t h4/hl is lower . Group 3 appeared obviously String Pulse and Bound Pulse , and their pulse figure show that hi is lower than that of the control group but higher than that of group 4 . However , there are no difference in the other pulse figure parameters comparing with the Group 1. Group 4 appeared obviously String and Hollow Pulse . and their pulse figure show that h1 h5/hl is lower and h3/hl h4/hl wl/t is higher . Conclusion: It infered that pulse figure parameter may be used as one of the indexes in differentiation for syndrome classification in melancholia.
