| It indicatated that flavonoid compounds existed widely in Salix.L plants and were high in content according to the author's literature investigation .The author aimed chiefly at developing and ultilizing Salix babylonica.L resource,and elucidating the pharmacological acitivity of its flavonoid compounds . Meanwhile the author quantified the total flavonoids and Luteolin-7-O-fi-D-glucopyranoside in leaves of gSalix babylonica. L in order to find the optimum harvest days.An optimum method for getting total flavnoids was founded, which could be described as follows: Flavonoids were extracted by ethanol (20%) with the treatment of microwave, radiating 3 times , 8 minutes each time . This method has the advantages of high efficiency of soaking and economization of solvent, environmental protection.Chemical compounds in leaves of Salix babylonica. L were extracted and isolated by using kinds of chromatographic columns . Three compounds :I(Luteolin-7-0-B-D-glucopyranoside);â…¡(Luteolin);â…¢(Chrysoeriol) were identified by physical and assay , thin layer chromatograph, mass spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy , 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and other modern spectral technique-s.Among them Chrysoeriol was found from the leaves of Salix babylonica. L for the first time .Effects of three compounds isolated from the leaves of Salix babylonica. L on arachidonic acid metabolism and norepinephrine-induced lipolysis in rat platelets were studied.The results showed that compound â…¡ and â…¢ could selectively inhibit the yield of arachidonic acid metabolism's production--12HETE(12-hydroxy-5,8,10,14-eicosatetraenoic aci-d), indicating that they could prevent and cure allergy and arterioscler osis.When NE(norepinephrine) is at the level of 0.01 g/ml ,thequantitum of releasing FFA ( free fat acid) is 100mol/ml/h,while adding NE and compound I simultaneously to the fat cells, the quantitum of releasing FFA is 220.5mol/ml/h. The results of effect on NE-induced lipolysis of fat cells in normal rat's testicle showed that they can promote lipolysis.The author quantified the contents of total flavonoids in leaves of Salix babylonica.L of various growing periods by colorimetry technique. It indicated that the content on May 12th is the highest, up to 5.744%, fifteen days later (May 27th), the content failed sharply to 2.956%,July 27th--the lowest 1.876%, then fluctuates to defoliation 2.675%.The content of total flavonoids in bark and catkin is very low.The content of Luteolin-7-O-B-D-glucopyranoside is also measured by HPLC techniques accurately and efficiently . It showed the similartendency with the content of total flavonoids--May 12th is the highest( 0.721%) , to June 27th is the lowest (0.364%),to the defoliation to 0.169%.The optimum harvest days is May, the defoliation also have values, in them the content of total flavonoids is 2.674%, Luteolin-7-O-B-D-glu -copyrannoside is 0.169%, with the protection of green, and sustainable development.The paper provides a scientific basis for researching and developing natural antiobesity medicine with flavonoid compounds as their effecttive ingredients , exploiting functional food of antiobesity and anti-arteriosclerosis effect. Also it has practical significance for making the best of Chinese abundant resource of Salix babylonica.L , creating economic and social benefits. |
