With Unstable Angina Clinical Characteristics And Clinical Efficacy Of Puerarin

To improve acknowledge of unstable angina pectoris(UA),summarize principle and practice,so as to guide clinic ; To observe the effect of puerarin injection on UA after treatment ,according to the changes of clinical sympotoms, ST segment of electrocardiogram(G),and serum C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods:108 cases come from cardiovascular unit from January to August in 2002.To summarize and analyze by review of systems general data ,clinical symptoms, complication, therapy, assistantexamination.52 cases were treated by integrated Tranditional Chinese and Western Medicine (observe group);56 cases by conventional Western Medicine therapy (control group).Nitrates,ACE-l ,Betaloc, Aspirin and Tatine were given in two groups patients.Puerarin injection was applied to observe group! 100nil(coiitaiiiing Puerarin 0.2g) iv drip Bid] .To observe the changes of clinical symptoms ,ST segment of EKG ,seium CRP after treatment of all the cases .Meanwhile,to test LFT ,UFT ,Blood -Rt, Urine-Rt esc.ResultsUA could be caught by most male and menopause female,clinical symptoms were complex complication were very high (accompany with hypertension 59.3%,diabetes 35.2%,hyperlipidemia 48.2%,cerebral infarction 27.8%),which were similar to abstract;The symptoms effective rate was 90.38% in observe group,which was superior to 76.79% in control group(P<0.05); the changes of ST segment of EKG ,serum CRT in observe group was superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The old people should be diet reasonally ,increase exercising, prevent and treat hypertention,diabetes,hyperlipidemia actively;so as to decrease incidence and death of coronary heart disease ; Puerarin injection could anti-myocardial ischemic ,relieve inflammatory reaction ,which probably improve prognosis.lt is a promisming drug for CAD therapy.
