PrefaceFunctional dyspepsia ( FD ) is an ordinary disease of digestive system , it has high incidence which probably about 20 - 40 percent of digestive disease. The pathogenic mechanism of FD has not been known completely, it is relate to of gastrointestinal dyskinesia and hormone effect to gastrointestine. We have known that Banxiaxiexintang has promoting function to gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion, so we research the promoting function of five different detachment Chinese medicine, then choose the best one. Testl :To detect the gastric emptying method and observe the gastric emptying role of banxiaxiexintang for rats using flour paste labeled by isotope 99mTc - DTPA, the domp-eridone as positive control , then discuss whether it s play by acetylcho-line receptor. Test2.- To study the action of banxiaxiexintang and the other four different conformations for mouse's gastric emptying, using 2% blue dextran as a marker, then choose the best one.MethodsTestl: To examine the radioactivitic remaining value of Tc -DTPA in rat stomach after being given flour paste labeled by radioactivity isotope 99mTc - DTPA through oral, and evaluate the gastric emptying function.Test2 (1) Give 2% blue dextran 2000 aqueous solution 0.4ml by oral ,then examine the absorbance and vacuity control,and compare the remaining rate of pigmen in gastric between them. Compare thefunction of gastric emptying. (2 ) Give 2% blue dextran 2000 aqueous solution 0.4ml by oral, after that ,determine the distance between the former pigmen in pylori and ileocecal site, and the percentage of them is the average small intestine measuring ratio.ResultsTest 1:The dose of remaining in stomach of Banxiaxiexintang group (46.342 ±9. 938fuCi) is lower than those of control group (saline group) (85.026 ± 10. 955uCi) , the difference is significant (P < 0.01) ;The dose of remaining in stomach of Banxiaxiexintang group (46. 342 ±9.938uCi) is higher than those of Domperidone group (31.347 ±7. 164uCi) ,the difference is significant (P < 0.01) ;The dose of remaining in stomach of Banxiaxiexintang group (46. 342 ± 9. 938uCi) is lower than those of Atropine and Banxiaxiexintang group (61.582 ±10. 856uCi) ,the difference is significant (P < 0.01).Test 2: The effection to function of gastric empty(1) The dose of remaining in stomach of vacuity control group (saline group) (0. 4845 ±0. 1494) is higher than those of positive control group ( Cisapride group) (0. 3017 ±0. 1131 ) , Banxiaxiexintang group(0.3495 ±0. 1389) ,Xinkaiyao group(0. 3414 ±0. 1430) , Kujiangyao group (0. 2748± 0. 0941) , Ganbuyao group (0. 2941 ± 0. 1051) and Xinkaiganbuyao group(0. 2700 ±0. 1582) , that is,an the gastric empty rate of vacuity control group is lower than other groups. , and the difference is significant(p < 0.01).(2) The dose of remaining in stomach of positive control group (Cisapride group) (0. 3017 ±0. 1131) is higher than those of Banxi-axiexintang group (0. 3495 ± 0. 1389) , Xinkaiyao group (0. 3414 ± 0. 1430) , Kujiangyao group (0. 2748 ± 0. 094) , Ganbuyao group (0. 2941 ± . 1051) , and Xinkaiganbuyao group(0. 2700 ±0. 1582) , that is, the gastric empty rate of positive control group is lower than other groups. . But there has no significant difference between them(p >0.05).( 3 ) The dose of remaining in stomach of Banxiaxiexintang group (0. 3495 ±0. 1389) is higher slightly than those of Xinkaiyao group (0.3434 ±0. 1430) , that is ,the gastric empty rate of Banxiaxiexintang group is lower slightly than that, but there has no significant difference between them ( p > 0. 05 ) ; it higher than Kujiangyao group (0.2748 ±0.094) , the difference is significant (p < 0. 01) ;it higher than Ganbuyao group (0. 2941 ±0. 1051 ), Xinkaiganbuyao group (0. 2700 ±0. 1582), and the difference is significant ( p < 0.05).(4) The dose of remaining in stomach of Xinkaiyao group (0.3414 ±0. 1430) is higher than Ganbuyao group ( 0. 2941 ± 0. 1051) ,but there has no significant difference between them(...
