Time Pathology Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Study

To study the temporal rhythm of the acute onset and the death of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD),837 patients with CPHD were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed,1. There was a obvious temporal rhythm existed in the acute onset of CPHD and the death due to CPHD. 2. The acute onset of CPHD mostly occurred in the 11th lunar month,the 12th lunar month,and the death due to CPHD happened mostly in the 3rd lunar month,the 12th lunar month. 3. Most acute onset of CPHD and death due to CPHD happened in spring and winter. 4. In the 24 solar terms,the acute onset of CPHD mostly happened on the winter solstice,the great cold,the great snow,and the death due to CPHD mostly occurred on the great cold,the slight cold,the great heat and the grain rain. 5. Most patients of CPHD died in the afternoon and the period from midnight till dawn. The results will be helpful to the prevention and treatment of CPHD.
