Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the circadian rhythm of eNOS in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)of coronary heart disease and attempted to discover the mechanism of eNOS these patients basing on thetheory of ZI WU LIU ZHU intergrate with the molecular biology.By this way,A new strategy for prevention and treating CHFof coronary heart disease from the perspective of time r-hythm may be found.Methods: Grouping: 20 patients(NYHA heart function class III-IV)were selected as the case group who were hospitalized in Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to February 2018 and met the diagnostic criteria for CHF of coronary heart disease.A total of 20 healthy people were selected as the healthy group from the physical examination center.Specimen collection: 4 ml of venous blood from the right elbow was collected at noon(from 11:00 to 13:00)and at midnight(from 23:00 to 1:00)on the same day,then the supernatant was obtained after centrifugation(3000 rpm)for 10 minutes.Specimen detection: The concentration of eNOS in the supernatant was measured by the double antibody one-step sand-wich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age,and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)There was a significant difference in the concentration of e NOS between noon and midnight in the healthy group(P<0.05);(3)There was a significant difference in theconcentration of eNOS between noon and midnight in the case group(P<0.05);(4)There was a significant difference in the concentration of e NO S between the case group and the healthy group at noon(P<0.05);(5)There was a significant difference in the concentration of e NOS between the case group and the healthy group at midnight(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The results of this study showed that the concentration of eNOS had a circadian regularity,which was consistent with the time characteristics of the qi and blood rise or fall in heart meridian,and was closely related to the circadian rhythm of the development in heart disease;(2)The concentration of eNOS in patients with CHF still had the circadian regularity,but its concentration no matter in day time or night time was significantly lower than that of the normal people.(3)The intervention of the concentra-tion of eNOS in day and night may become a new way to treat CHF of coronary heart disease.Improving the concentration of eNOS at night in patients with heart failure may provide protection in the middle of the night.
