Lungs Particle Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis Ease Of Experimental And Clinical Studies

AIM: To evaluate the clinical effect of Granule Bu Fei ( a kind of Chinese herb medicine ) treating remission stage of chronic bronchitis and study the mechanism of the effect. METHODS: To observe the clinical effect basing on doing the safety test and the pharmacodynamics experimental research of Granule Bu Fei. The therapeutic group of Granule Bu Fei and the control group of Granule Yu Ping Feng (31 cases each group) were established by using the method of prospective random comparison to evaluate early curative effects and observe late anti-relapse results. RESULTS: Experimental research shows that Granule Bu Fei has remarkable functions of anti-inflammatory, enhancing immunization, and extending hypoxia tolerance time to experimental animals. The safety test shows Granule Bu Fei is safe, nontoxic and non-side effect. The clinical research indicates that Granule Bu Fei's early clinical control rate and effectual rate is 77.42%, and the effectual rate of the late anti-relapse is 74.2%. Each of those is better than the control group of Granule Yu Ping Feng(p<0.05). CONCLUTION: Granule Bu Fei has better anti-relapse functions to treat remission stage of chronic bronchitis.
