The Study Of Chinese Herbal Compound On Carbon Tetrachloride-induced Acute Liver Injury And Protective Effect

Aim: Inder to investigate dynamic effects of herbal medicine FuFang to serum alanine aminotransferase and asparate aminotransferase , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) on acute liver injury induced by CCL4-intoxication .Methods: The acute liver injury model was made by injection CCU .Result: herbal medicine FuFang could improved SOD activity , but decrease MDA content and ALT AST content.Conclusion: herbal medicine FuFang had the remarkable function of anti-lipid peroxidation in liver injury.
