| We tried to develop the fungus Cryptoporus volvatus which was used by native people in China and recorded by ancient books,e.g. Dian Nan Ben Cao and CXin Hua Ben Cao Gang Yao to be a new anti-inflammatoTy Chinese medicine. We tried to make the ferment product to stuff and agent that easy to preserve and administer. We controlled the produce process and drug standard by advanced methods. The bacterio species was isolated from Cryptoporus sinensis Sheng H. Wu & M. Zang growing widely in Yunnan province,which was suited to be submerged cultivation and grow quickly,and cultured by fermentation in liquid. The fermentation technique has already applied for nation patent and could produce mass high quality mycelium and metabolite stably. This topic investigated the air-dried craft and mist spray dehydration craft of the stuff by direct cross experiment,screened the suitable accessories of capsule and tablet and the technique of preparing capsule. For obtained stuffs and agents,we investigated the character of polysaccharide by chromatography,ergosterol by TLC,volatility by GC-MS,kinds of amino acids and vitamins by other methods. According to the demand of the Chinese pharmacopoeia,we created a scientific control standard,including character describe,identification by microscope and TLC,determination examination,analysis of volatility components by GC,content of polysaccharide by sulfuric acid method and undine by HPLC,as well as stability experiment. Our stuffs and capsules were put in 40 and humidity about 75% for three months,and then proved to be consistent by all analysis. Our product was proved to have special anti-inflammatory action and with low toxicity and without side effect by animal pharmacodynamics experiments. Development of this new Chinesemedicine has good prospect. |
