CA is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by Human Papilloma virus (HPV),which is caught mainly by pathway of direct sexual contact. Multiple pigmentary papule which appears gonad, vulva, anus etc. is the main clinical manifestatioaHigh recurrence rate brings the difficulty to the therapy of C A.Research IntentionIn this article ,we want to investigate the curutive effect of Yi Yi Ren Gan Cao soup ,and study the mechanism of it.Research ContentSiaty were indued according to the standard and randomised priciple accepted in this study .Patients include were divided into two groups .experiment group (group A)which was administrated with prescription of Yi Yi Ren Gan Cao soup ,and control group (group B) without any treatment.Research ResultThree month later ,the recurrence rate of group A is significant lower than group B. with significant difference in statistics.T-cell subpopulation and NK-cell cytoactivity were lower than normal population .Three month later, NK-cell cytoactive and the ratio of CD4 +and CD8+ T-cell of group A is higher than group B with significant difference in statistics and showed no significant difference against average value of normal populationConclusionYi Yi Ren Gan Cao soup is the effective prescription in the prevention of recurrence of CA ,which can reduce the high recurrence rate of CA ,and promote the ability of immue in patient.
