Medicine Involved In The Treatment Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Impact Superselective Catheterization Factor Analysis

Background and Aim Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a kind of common disease in old people. In all kinds of the therapy methods of traditional Chinese medicine , operation is still the best effective method. But most of patients usuallly have the complications such as the coronary heart disease > hypertension and diabets mellitus which were the dan go us factor to the operation.So it is very important to establish a new iatrotechnique of the BPH. Useing Chinese herbs zedoary oil and Java brucea fruit oil to treat the Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) through the interventional therapy is the bold reasearch for this aim,The Chinese herbs have been used through the interventional therapy and got the good effect. This method has advantage of the little trauma and quick recovery. In the study of the interventional therapy of Chinese herbs, super-elected cannulaing to prostate artetry and embolisming both the inferior vesical artery or the internal iliaca and the prostate artetry are the key factor.Most operation has not succeeded due to the failure of the super-elected cannula.Through analysis and summary of the 41 clinic cases, we try to find the relative fator and give the benefit to the interventional therapy in order to rise the success rate of super-elected cannula.Method: Collect the clinic cases, observe the factor before the interventional therapy and among the interventional therapy.The specific operation of the interventional therapy was divided into two condition: success operation and unsuccess operation . According to the clinic report and the notion of the doctors, we analy the influent factors of the interventional therapy and confirm the study marks including age, complication % fats volum of the prostat * the use of the thin vessel* the time of the intervention and so on.Analysis the difference between the two group.Results: In the total 41 cases, succeded cases of intervention were 20, un-succeded cases of intervention were 21. In the factor before the interventional therapy,the rate of success to the patient whose level of blood fat is 29%,have a markedness difference to the patient who have normal level(75%).Though from the whole result, the age have no effecton the rate of success,we can see the different rate of the success between the people older than 75 and the people younger than 75. But in the other aspect such as volum of the prostate > complication and etal, there are no signficent diffence.Among the interventional therapy,all the patients who had used the thin vessel were suceed in the super-elected cannulaing. only 40% of the patient who did not use the thin vessel were suceed.The other factor such as the variation of the prostatic artery and aneurysm also have effect on the super-elected cannulaing.In this subject ,we should check the patients' level of blood fat.So we can judge the rate of success and therapical effect of the intervention.To the patients who are older to 75, we should know their codition of total body before intervene.Thus we can rise the effect of the intervention therapy and ensure the opertion proceeding smoothly. Besides,using the thin vessel can improve the rate of the success.
