Both of Subcortical Arteriosclerrotic Encepholopathy (SAE) and its CT scan , have a significantly progressive course and specialty of gradual development There were 53 case of patients in this investigation 17 case of them didn't have clinical symptom and 36 case of them have clinical symptom They were divided into three groups according to the serious degree of CT scan , then received a detailed systemic neurological examination and intellectual test Study the relationships of CT and clinical manifestation , we found the number of the sub clinical case (didn't have symptom) was gradually reduced with the degree of CT reflected the various periods of SAE We divided SAE into three stage: Early stage SAE , Middle stage SAE , Later stage SAE According to the periods of SAE , we could make proper treatment In the other, we found the mobidity of hypertension in those patients was significantly higher than that of the controlled group Other disease such as diabets , hyperlipemia was also higher than that of the controlled group So we consider those are risk factors of SAE...
