Choleretic Row Of The Experimental Study Of The Prevention Of Gallstone Disease Of Stone Granules

Lidanpaishicongji(LDPS) which is Chinese TCM preparation has been clinicly proved to enable to exclude stone. In order to dicuss its effection and mechanism, we have studied it by the experiments about resolving-stones, excluding-stones, defending-stones and anti-inflamation, which would be favorable to offering basal experimental data , exploring effective decoction and preventing choleithiasis patients from the pains.In theory research, we summarized the cause of cholelithiasis,TCM treatment,correlation between cholelithiasis, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver. We expatiate importance of the theory of the same treatment of liver and godbladder ,liver and spleen according to the knowledge of past dynasties about the cholelithiasis.In the experimental research part, cavy with cholesterol stone induced by food served as the object, and we observed the formation of stone in godbladder through the experiment of resolving-stones, excluding-stones, defending-stones and anti-inflamation. We determined the content of TC, TBIL, DBIL, BA, CA in godbladder and TC, TBIL in serum using the biochemichal method in the experiment during which we compared LDPS with the positive control medicine called chenodeoxycholic acid generally used in the treatment of cholesterol stone.The result indicated that the rate of food induced model of animals cholesterol is up to 80%, which tallys to the report that high grease and high carbohydrate food was easy to induce cholilethsis.The experiment proved that LDPS had the obvious function of dissolving and excluding stones and restraining the formation of bilestone effectively, which was markedly in middle dosage group compared with chenodeoxycholic acid. This decoction reduced the content of TC,TBIL in bile and serum and hoisted the concentration of BA in bile, which shows the effect of lowering blood fat and fatty liver. It shows that this preparation possessed anti-inflammation function through the experiment which proved LDPS restrained tumidness of small rat ears induced by dimethylbenzene. In conclusion, it was made clear that the same treatment of liver and godbladder played an important role in cholilethsis differentiate treatment by the experiments of LDPS about resolving-stones, excluding-stones, defending-stones and anti-inflamation .
