ObjectiveTo assess the relationship of the expression of bcl-2/bax and the acute rejection of small intestine transplantation ,And open up news pathway for diagnosising acute rejection of small intestine transplantation in earlier period-MethodsCreated 36 rat model of allogene small intestine transplantation by using inbred rat Wistar/A and F344/N. The experiment divided 4 group,Group 1 no-operation control group (Wistar/A); Group 2 homogenic transplantation group (T^/N桭344/N); Group3 allotransplantation group (F344/N 梂istar/A) ; Group 4 allotransplantation group plus to treated by FK506, (FJ44/N-Wistar/A+FK506) .Six rats were put to death ,and cutting the intestine sterility., on past-operration 3 N 5 x 7day .the expression of bcl-2 and bax were detected by using SABC Results(1) Histopathology found mild rejection was observed on past-operration 3 day ; moderate rejection was observed on past-operration 5 day ; and severe rejection was observed on past-operration7 day in allotransplantation group. But in FK506 treated group mild rejection was observed only on past-operration 7 day. And apoptosis.play an important role in acute rejection of small bowel transplantation.(2) The expression of bcl-2 in small intestine mucous membrane epithelial of rejection decreased obviously by immunohistochemistry(P<0.05).there was no significant difference between rejiction and normal intestine in bax expression by*immunohistochemistry (P>0.05).(3) In bundle of FK506 treated the expression of bcl-2 was no significant difference with control group (P > 0.05).(4) Application immunohistochemistry can diagnosis acute rejection 2~3 days earlier than tradition histopathology in small bowel transplantation.ConclusionGene of bcl-2 and bax play an important role in small intestinal allograftrejection, by intervening apoptosis.
