Smilax Glabra Side Heat Treatment Of Eczema Clinical And Experimental Research

Eczema is the highest incidence disease in the clinic of dermatology department.The Treatment rule of TCM is mainly clearing the heat evil eliminating the dampness And expelling wind evil.We have done the clinic study and animal study. To determine the role of herbs for the improvement of blood circulation in treating Eczema.and then to verify a new TCM theory about the treatment rule of the Eczema. That is treating both the blood and water.Method:There are 80 patients in the clinic study.and they were divided into three groups at random.They were given different drugs for one week.and then to observe the result of the change of the leision and the itching.There are 48 mice in the experimental study.they were divided into 6 groups on murid ear allergic contact dermatitis. The thickness of the mice ear ,the number of the lymphcytes, the circulation of the tiny vessel,the weight of the ear,the reaction of the ear skin ,the Erythrocyte Deformation Rate(EDR) were observed.the treating effects in the experimental group are significantly higher that in the conthol group.Results:all five drugs tested groups significantly suppressed DHR in various extent. The treating effects in the experimental group are significantly higher that in the conthol group. The study showed that the herbs for the improvement of blood circulation is effective for the Eczema.and it also need a profound reserches for its mechanism.
