Objective:To observe the effect of ShenLe Fang on hypercoagulability in nephrotic rats which are induced by adriamycin, and explore its mechanism of action.Method:60 rats were divided into 6 groups, except rats in one group were injected with NS thougth vein in cauda, rats in other groups were injected with ADR to be minimal change nephropathy model. Rats in all groups were respectively poured down the throat with NS.. ShenLe Fang-~ prednisone and persantin. prednisone and ShenLe Fang for 14 days. Determinate the quantity of Ah proteinurine of all rats before experiment~. at the 7th~ 14th day during experiment. When the experiment were finished, ALB~ CHOL ~. TG in serum~TXB~.. 6-bLeto-PGF1 An plasma and renal tissue of rats were determinated too. One of their kidneys were also examined by electron microscope to observe their ultrastructure.Results:0 At the 7th~. 14th day during experiment, the quantitN~ of 24h proteinurine of rats in model group is obviously higher than that in treated groups (P<0.01) ;At the 14th day, the quantity of 24h proteinurine of rats in low dose ShenLe group is higher than that in other treated groups (P<0.05 or P<0.Q1) ;There are no differences between prednisone and persantin group and prednisone and ShenLe group (P>0.05) .ALB in serum of rats in model group is lower than that in normal group (PKO.0l ~Desides low dose ShenLe group, ALBin serum of rats in other treated groups are all higher than that in model group (PO.05)TXB2 in plasma and renal tissue of rats in model group are higher than those in normal group(P
