| Objective:To observe the effect of ShenLe Fang on hypercoagulability in nephrotic rats which are induced by adriamycin, and explore its mechanism of action.Method:60 rats were divided into 6 groups, except rats in one group were injected with NS thougth vein in cauda, rats in other groups were injected with ADR to be minimal change nephropathy model. Rats in all groups were respectively poured down the throat with NS.. ShenLe Fang-~ prednisone and persantin. prednisone and ShenLe Fang for 14 days.
