Objectives To study the features of coronary artery lesion in Uygur coronary heart disease (Cl-ID) in-patients and to analyse the relative risk factors. Methods To compare the results of coronary arteriographv and clinical data between the Uygur and the Han patients who diagnosed to have CHD ,and to study the differences between the two groups in order to offer the effectl\ e measures for the secondary prevention in Cl-ID. Results The study showed the incidence of coronary artery was significantly higher in Uygur CHD subjects who were older than 40. smoking,with hypertcntion or hypercholesteremia. It also related to the duration of smoking and the course of hypertenison. The age in Uygur CHD subjects who attacked myocardiac infarction moved up than Han nationality aiid complex lesion was dominant in the Uygttr. Conclusion It is very important to prevent CHD in Uygur nationality to lower the level of blood-lipid, to give up smoking, to prevent hypertension and to change the dietetic habit and the way of life.
