Objective: To Study effect of H20 layer separated from ethanol extractof Boschniakia rossica on contents of cyclic nucleotide and interleukin-2of splenocy4e activated by ConA and Succinate Dehydrogenase(SDH)activity of liver mitochondia in early stage of chemicalhepatocarcinogenesis in rats and investig4e possible mechanism of itsarti-carcinogenesis. Method: Hepatic preneoplastic lesions in rats wereiriluced by modified Solt-Faxber pn)tocol. Boschniakia rvssica(BR)extract were adminsimted for 6 weeks. Succinate LI~hydmgenase(SDH)activity in liver mitoehondria ~s measured ~vith colorimetric metho~the contents of interleukin-2 of splenocyte activated by ConA wasmeaswed with ELISA method and the contents of cAMP and cGMPin liver were deteniiined by mdionTlmunoassay(RIA). Results: 1.Effects of BR extract on Succh-~ate dehydmgenase(SDI-I) activity in theliver mitochondria in early stage of chemical hepatocarcinogenesis in rats:For SDH activity in the liver mitochondria in DEN-AAF盉R4(250mg/kg) -PH group, DEN-AAF+BR (500mg/kg) -PH group andDEN-AAF-PH group (~ mol/minmg protein) 0.651?294, 0.395?.182, 0.311?75, respectively; There were significantly differentbetween DEN-AAF+BR (250mg/kg) -PH group and DEN-AAF-PHgroup by f-test (pl).Ol). 2. Effects of BR extract on the liver cAMP,cGMP(pmol/mgprotein) and cAMP to cGMP ratios in early staQe ofchemical hepatocaicinogenesis in rats contents of cAMP(pmol/mgprotein) in DEN-AAF+BR (250mg/kg) -PH group,DEN-AAF+BR (500mg/kg) -PH group, DEN-AAF-PH group were13.66?5.08, 10.655 ?4.08, 10.51 ?3.59; contents of cGMP(pmoL抦gprotein) in DEN-AAF盉R (250mg/kg) -PH group,DEN-AAF盉R (500mg/kg ) -PH group and DEN-AAF-PH group were0.0350 ?0.0078. 0.0400 ?0.0105,0.0478 ?0.0091; cAlvIP to cGMPratios in DEN-AAF+BR (250mg/kg) -PH group, DEN-AAF?3R(500mg/kg) -PH group and DEN-AAF-PH group were 405.7?54.52,308.2 ?143.2.233.7 ?5799 respectively.
