Chinese Medicine To Treat Asthma, Clinical Observations And Experimental Studies

Asthma is a refractory disease associated with chronic bronchial inflammation, whose syndromes are recurrent gasp, dyspnea, stuff chest or cough, then even orthopnea. This disease severely influences patients on health and life. The incidence of asthma shows the ascendant trend. So, people paid attention to preventing and curing asthma more and more. The objective of this paper is to observe the clinical effect of chuangkezhi and to investigate the mechanism of shemazhichuan ye through animal experiments. 1 Review of the literature The paper goes over nearly a few decade years?articles about asthma. There are a few new viewpoints of pathogenic factor and pathogenesis in Traditional Chinese Medicine. With the developing of the clinic research, people accumulated abundance of practicing experiences. In the modem west medicine, Asthma is a chronic nonspecific airway inflammation by kinds of inflammatory cells infiltrating. There are some mechanisms in newly studies including the mechanism of inflammatory responses, neuroregulation and heredity. The anti-inflammatory therapy is the primary principle of treatment. (ilucocorticoid hormone is the first selection. But a lot of side effects restrict it being used abroad. 2 The clinic study The clinic experiment is to observe the effect of chuangkezhi. This experiment includes two groups of patients with asthma, stage of attack and remission stage. In the stage of attack, 14 days is one course of treatment with intramuscularly injection of chuangkezhi. In the remission stage, two months is a course of treatment. The change in suffers is compared and analyzed after treatment, about syndrome, physical sign and examination. The syndrome, symptom, physical sign, lung function and some laboratory examinations such as 1gB and Eos were improved significantly after curing. Good effect was obtained in patients by tonifing kidney with ChuanKezhi, which not only gave clinical proof for treating both superficiality and origin at the same time in the stage of attack, but also gave a good approach to R & D of preparation of Chinese drug, which should be eutherapeutic and take effect quickly. At the same time, it provided new ways and means to prevent and cure asthma with Chinese drugs. 3. The laboratory study This experiment study is to explore the mechanism of SheMazhichuan Ye.We establish the asthma rat model and set up the control group, model group, west drug group and TCM group; Radioimmunoassay was used to inspect the content of cAMP and cGMP, and irnmunohistochemical method was used to measure the varying of T lymphocyte subpopulation. The result showed that the level of cAMP after treatment was higher than that in model group and the reverse of the cGMP. Then the T4/T. was improved after treatment. So, the result suggest that SheMazhichuan Ye can restrain infiltration of inflammatory cells, reduce the content of 1gB and the high bronchial reactivity, through which gain the therapeutic effectiveness of asthmatic symptoms.
