The Combination Of Antihypertensive Drugs On Left Ventricular Remodeling

Objective: Left ventricular Remodeling (LVRM)with hypertension can increase the incidence rate of heart, so treating hypertension, we should not only decrease blood pressure, but also prevent LVRIv1 and injure of other organs. For LVRM in hypertension, curative effect of single hypotensor was not significant to decrease blood pressure and reverse LVRM so use combined hypotensor, There are no report for reverse affect of LVRM after using combined hypotensor and, no contrast of Curative effect between hypotensors. this article report contrast of curative effect in improving LVRM after using of curative effect in improving LVRM after using Combined hypotensor, provide good therapeatic plan for clinical treatment. Methods: 25patients LVRM with no effect after using single hyportensor were selected for study. Randomize 3 groups, I group: Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets lOmg+Felodipine 5mg/day; II group: Benazepril Hydrochloride lOmg+Metoprolol tartrate TabletssOmg/day;III group: Benazepil Hydrochloride Tablets 1 Omg+hydrochlorothiazide25mg/day,observe3 months. Defected parameter of LVRM and index of blood by namics by -2- ultrasonocradiograph before and after treatment. Results: Total effective rate was 100% to three groups significant effective rate was II group, I group, III group successively, improving range of IVSI was II group, III group, I group successively. Improving range of LVPWT,LVM,LVMI were III group, II group, I group, Successively. Comclusion: 1 .Metoprolol tartrate Tablets has the best effect for treatment of decreasin~ blood pressure and reverse ventricular septum hvpertrophy. 2. Benazepril +hydrochlorothiazide has the best effect for improving affect of several LVRM parameter.3 .Combined hypotensors was more effective than single hypotensor on decreasing blood pressure and improving therapeutic effect of LVRM..
