| 英文摘要Allergic Rhinitis (AR) is an allergic I which happens in thenasaI mucosa and is a kind of common clinical diseases. Accordingto traditiona1 Chinese medicine,kidney-deficiency is one of theimportant reasons to lead to AR.It is demonstrated by experimentalstudies that kidney is related with the function of the centralimmunity apparatus(marrow and thymus).Kidney-deficiency candecrease the immune function of the body,and the kidney plays animportant role in adjusting the proportion ofcAMP/cGMP,moreover the activation and degranulation reation ofmast celIs and blood basophilic leukocytes are adjusted by 1evels ofcyclic nucleotides and ratios of cAMP/cGMP,which exerts thedecisive function in AR.So whether the kidney is in gear or not isindicated by modern pharmacological research that herbs ofreinforcing the kidney play many kinds of roles inanti-hypersensitivity and may enhance the immunity of thebody.We have the elementary congnition of the reIationshipbetween kidney and AR from aIl these researches,but what's thccharacteristic of AR while in the state of deficiency ofkidney-yang?And how do herbs of reintbrcing the kidney play rolesin treating AR?We try to discuss these questions from the clinical3and experimental studies.The concrete methods as follows:Clinical studies:77 patients who fitted diagnostic andindusive of AR were differentially diagnosed by questionnaire.Interms of the ana1ysis of the relationships between syndrome andage,syndrome and course of diseases, and numerical value ofimmunog1obulin, syndrome and symptoms of nose, and nasalmucosa,syndrome and results of allergen skin scrach,we discuss thecharacteristic and specific nature of AR in the state of deficiencyof kidney-yang.The results showed: Three sydromes wereappeared:namely 47 cases were deficiency of lung-energy; 6caseswere deficiency of spleen-energy;13 cases were deficiency ofkidney-yang,and there were still l lcases with no evident symptomat every pore;the course of the kidney-yang-deficiency is thelongest,the levels of IgE are hoisted evidently,and the nasalsecretion is significantly increased;nevertheless there was nocorrelation between sydrome and age,sydrome and nasal mucosa,and other symptoms of the nosc.These rcsults suggest that theimmunity function of AR with kidney-yang-deficiency be muchlower and the state be much more serious and linging.Experimental studies:Forty-cight Guinea pigs were dividedinto four groups randomly.In group A,OV were injected into theabdomen cavity and dripped into the nasal cavity to set up ARmodel;in group B,we set up kidney-yang-deficiency mode1 by usingprednisone,at the same time sensitize the Guinea pigs withOV;group C is the normal control group;we set up model in groupD as the same as in group B,simultaneously warming the kidneywith decoction of Shen-Qi.By obscrving the animaIs' generalsituation and nasal symptom and measuring the content of cyclicnucleotides and examining the nasal secretion as well as the nasal4mucosa, we continued to discuss the correlation between the kidney-yang-deficiency and AR ,and initially attempted to set up the compound model of AR and kidney-yang-deficiency,and observed the antagonistic action of Shen-Qi decoction for AR in the condition of kidney-yang-deficiency,initially discussing its mechanism.Results:We use Guinea pigs to set up the compound models of kidney-yang-deficiency and AR interiorly for the first time and think the method is feasible.In the experimental studies we didn find the susceptibility of allergen to kidney-yangeficiency,considering its possible reason is that we use the prednisnone which play a definite antagonistic action to AR in the prosess of setting up the model in group B,so indicating the limitation of this method.With the animals抌ehave and experimental data,we initially discussed the mechanisms of Shen-Qi decoction in resisting AR:瓵djusting the level of cyclic nucleotides;?Resisti... |
