| AbstractThis experiment induce immunity respond of rat by means of abdominal cavity injecting sheep red cell. Observing index is hemolysis hollow spot and IL-2 in order to probe effect of immnity respont on elecctrocupuncture analgesic.Results show that rat threshold value of pain change while content of IL-2 increasing and threshold value of pain and LL-2 has correspondence. electroacupuncture analgesic effect of immunity group is different from control group during immunity respond summit.This point out immunity respond may influence greatly pain value of rat and immnity system join in regulation mechanism of electroacupuncture analgesic and realization of electroacupuncture analgesic is by means of regulation of immuneneuroendocrinal round route. |
